AN INVIGORATING YET COMFORTABLY PACED VINYASA INSPIRED CLASS

Experience the wisdom, strength and grace of your body as you explore meditative flows of sun salutation, classical hatha yoga postures and creative variations. After gently awakening and warming the body, we progress to flowing sequences feeling the connection between breath, movement and the mind. There is a focus of correct alignment, which creates stability and ease within each posture or sequence. Open to all levels however, you are encouraged to move at your own pace. Modifications are provided throughout the class. Bring a yoga mat. All levels welcome.

THE ULTIMATE DROP-IN FITNESS CLASS

Come join Lisa Hane, head trainer and owner of Flex Appeal, for a fun, high-energy, fitness class. You’ll burn calories and shape your body. No matter what your level - you’ll enjoy the challenge.

The class changes weekly, so you’ll never get bored! Some weeks it will be a boot camp style class, some weeks we will incorporate kick boxing, kettlebells, weight training, and yoga!

Just $15 per class!

Wednesday 7:15 to 8:15 pm
Friday 12:15 to 1:15 pm

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a health maintenance system that combines breath and movement to facilitate physical and mental health. Originally from China, Tai Chi is a moving meditation practiced slowly and gently. When done with conscious intention, Tai Chi promotes health, flexibility, stamina and relaxation.

The teacher, Catherine Ayano Nixon has taught Tai Chi for 20 years. She practices it as a continuously developing art form and as a vehicle for self-knowledge.

Class meets Sundays from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Cost is $50 per month, payable at the beginning of the month or $15 per class. Your first class is free!

Cardio Kickboxing Class

This fitness program offers a unique workout combining martial arts and boxing techniques to motivating music. The instructor has experience teaching kickboxing for 8 years and will assist you in becoming fit and strong. This aerobic and strengthening workout will enhance your endurance, flexibility, muscle conditioning and coordination. This whole body workout includes great coditioning drills with high energy.

Class meets Tuesdays from 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. Cost is $15 per class. Your first class is free!
