THE ULTIMATE DROP-IN FITNESS CLASS
Come join Lisa Hane, head trainer and owner of Flex Appeal, for a fun, high-energy, fitness class. You’ll burn calories and shape your body. No matter what your level - you’ll enjoy the challenge.
The class changes weekly, so you’ll never get bored! Some weeks it will be a boot camp style class, some weeks we will incorporate kick boxing, kettlebells, weight training, and yoga!

Cardio Kickboxing Class

Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves in kickboxing classes. You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning 300-600 calories. A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind.
